Brancott Estate Marl. Sauvignon Blanc

Once harvested, the grapes for this wine were crushed and gently bag pressed to produce a fresh, clear and elegant juice, which was then settled and clarified for fermentation. It was fermented slowly
at cool temperatures to retain the very distinctive regional and varietal characters, before being evaluated, blended and bottled.
The 2014 vintage is a great expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displaying a fruity sweetness with punchy aromatics and a fresh crisp acidity.
