    Ripe flavours abound on the creamy but delicate palate, pear, plum and a dash of tropical fruit. This finish is long, fresh and impressive, gently framed by spices and exotic fruits.

    Rich yellow gold, with fine lively bubbles.

    The nose expresses a deep minerality and fresh fruits such as apricot and grapefruit, with underlying notes of exotic spices.

“Lanson's NV Green Label Brut is the house's first organically—even biodynamically—farmed Champagne and is certified by several European labels, including Ecocert and Agriculture Biologique (AB). The blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Meunier is exclusively sourced from an estate vineyard at Verneuil, in the heart of the Marne Valley. This is a characterful new entry into the Lanson portfolio and indeed more than just greenwashing. It's great as an aperitif and with white fish. Aged for three years, it was disgorged in October 2017 with a dosage of eight grams.”

  1. 44 ml of Your Favourite Rum
  2. 23 ml of honey syrup
  3. 23 ml of lime juice
  4. Top off with Lanson - Green Label Brut
  5. Lemon Slice

Instructions

  1. Firstly, add rum, honey syrup and lime juice into shaker filled with ice. Shake to mix well.
  2. Strain mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top off with champagne
  4. Garnish with lemon slice
