The more traditional notes of gin are combined with a refreshing influence of citrus and aromatic wild berries. Bulgarian coriander plays its part, providing an aromatic, gingery orange top note.

How to make Classic Gin Martini

- Preparation time 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 74 ml of Brockman's Gin 700ml
- 15 ml of Your Favourite Dry Vermouth
- Lemon twist
- Optional: angostura bitters
Instructions
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice cubes
- Stir ingredients for around 20-30 seconds to mix well
- Strain into cocktail glass
- If you prefer some bitters in the cocktail, add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Garnish with lemon twist
