Primitivo is one of the most loved and sought-after grape varieties in southern Italy. Its strong point is the softness and fruity intensity of the wines. In this case the Primitivo grapes are vinified in pink with the grape drying technique. The result enhances the full taste of the wine and its smoothness on the palate. Thanks to its structure, it can be enjoyed at meals and not just as an aperitif.

Primitivo grapes are left to dry in order to concentrate sugars and aromatic substances. They are pressed and after a short contact of the must with the skins, only the liquid part, without skins and pips, ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
