Mondot, the other wine of Chateau Troplong Mondot, is a distinctive wine which presents a perfect balance between the crisp fruit, the freshness and the tension of our limestone terroir. Our choice for this wine is to vinify 40% in stainless steel vats, in order to highlight the aromatic and chalkiness, as well as keeping great density.
