How to make Air Mail

Ingredients

  • 44 ml of Your Favourite Rum
  • 23 ml of honey syrup
  • 23 ml of lime juice
  • Top off with Your Favourite Champagne
  • Lemon Slice

Instructions

  1. Firstly, add rum, honey syrup and lime juice into shaker filled with ice. Shake to mix well.
  2. Strain mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Top off with champagne
  4. Garnish with lemon slice
