How to make Mrs Mackenzie

  • Preparation time 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 50ml Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 700ml
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • Sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Muddle strawberries, then add everything but the wine and shake over ice
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupette
  3. Add a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with a slice of strawberry
