How to make Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  • 44ml Gin
  • 14ml Cherry Heering
  • 7ml Cointreau
  • 7ml Bénédictine D.O.M
  • 119ml Pineapple Juice
  • 14ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Grenadine
  • 1 Dash bitters
  • Slice of Cherry and Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Pour everything into shaker with ice
  2. Shake with ice to mix well
  3. Strain into an ice filled collins glass
  4. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple
