Ingredients

  • 50ml of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 700ml
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 60ml ginger beer
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lime juice, reserving the hull
  2. Shake gin and lime juice over ice, then strain into a rocks glass
  3. Add ginger beer, ice and garnish with the lime hull
