Ingredients

  • 45ml of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 700ml
  • 10ml of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 700ml
  • 25ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml Soda water
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup over ice
  2. Strain into a highball with ice
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Garnish with a wheel of lemon
