How to make Who Shot Tom Collins

- Preparation time 4 minutes
Ingredients
- 45ml of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 700ml
- 10ml of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 700ml
- 25ml of fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 10ml Soda water
- Lemon
Instructions
- Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup over ice
- Strain into a highball with ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with a wheel of lemon
