Perfect on the rocks, in a martini or breathing character to any cocktail. Belvedere represents the pinnacle of vodka making tradition. NOSE: Faint hint of vanilla along with some gentle, soft cream characteristics. PALATE: Full and round with a medium bodied weight and rich, velvety texture. Some vanilla swaying between sweet and savory with a hint of white pepper and spice. FINISH: Good length with notes of almond, clotted cream and some faint almond and Brazil nut characteristics.

Ultimate Vodka and Tonic
This is a classic long drink that really lets the natural flavours of our tonic water shine through - light, refreshing and highly sippable. Our Mediterranean Tonic Water is perfect for this; its delicately floral and herbaceous notes of the lemon thyme, rosemary and geranium lend a crisp and bright edge to this vodka and tonic.
How to make Ultimate Vodka and Tonic

- Preparation time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 50ml of Belvedere 700ml
- 150ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Plenty of fresh ice
- Lemon thyme or a twist of lemon peel
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass or a highball with plenty of large, fresh ice cubes.
- Pour over a measure of your favourite vodka then top up with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme or a curl of lemon peel.
