Launched in 2011, Bombay Sapphire East was created as a special honour for Ivano Tonutti, a Master of Botanicals who spend his days in the Far East sourcing for botanicals in the tropical. With a mixture of Vietnamese black peppercorns, Thai lemongrass, Juniper berries, Italy orris root and other premium ingredients in the blend, the mixture went through premium vapour infusion to create an outstanding gin.
