Description
Chateau Capbern is a Saint-Estephe vineyard located in the north-eastern part of the appellation. Chateau Capbern is owned by Chateau Calon Segur.
Manual harvesting. First inspection of the grapes on the vine. Vibrating destemmer and manual sorting table. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel cylindrical vats. Vatting for 18 to 21 days. Micro-bubbling. Co-inoculation, yeast and exogenous bacteria in stainless steel tanks at 25°C. Aged for 18 months in barrels
