The Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation consists of two parts. In the north, its soils are rich in alluvial deposits from the Meuzin valley. In the south, the silty soils come from the Vallerots Valley. The top of the hill has exposed limestone rocks. Born from vines on a clay-rich plot, our Nuits-Saint Georges is at once intense and complex. Hand-harvested grapes. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.

The palate is full-bodied, round, and smooth with soft and silky tannins. The finish of this perfumed wine is long and resonates with complexity.
