Aoki Sake Brewery is the only brewery in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which was founded in 1831. The brand that represents Aoki Sake Brewery is “Gokeiji”. Sake made from Ibaraki rice, and was once made for Emperor Taisho's wedding ceremony back in the Meiji Era.
