In 1987, Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan regroup their farming and join together their knowledges in order to create the Domaine du Chardonnay. They will over the years, convert progressivly their farmers activity to focus on vines and to create amazing chardonnay in appelation Chablis, Petit Chablis, and few Chablis 1er crus.
