The subtle nose opens up with notes of citrus fruits, wild flowers and citrus blossom which give way to lime, lemongrass, bergamot and pineapple.
Palate
The palate is rich, velvety and underpinned a delicate freshness. Notes of bergamot, grapefruit zest and green apple. A remarkably well balanced wine with a saline finish.
