Dona Paula Chardonnay is grown on draining limestone soils at the confluence of the streams that run through the vineyard from Alluvia to Gualtallary. This gives it not only good ripeness due to the high temperatures in the afternoon, but also a superb freshness due to its terroir. Golden yellow in colour, the nose has citrus and mineral aromas with hints of tropical fruit and spices. On the palate it is fresh and lively with good acidity and balance.
