How to make Air Mail

Ingredients
- 44 ml of Flor de Cana Centenario 18 Year 1L w/Gift Box
- 23 ml of honey syrup
- 23 ml of lime juice
- Top off with Your Favourite Champagne
- Lemon Slice
Instructions
- Firstly, add rum, honey syrup and lime juice into shaker filled with ice. Shake to mix well.
- Strain mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with champagne
- Garnish with lemon slice

This is an exquisite rum. The 18 Year Old is adored for its spicy, dry, caramel and oak flavor notes. For me, it was best enjoyed on the rocks with an orange peel. The peel enriches and complements the deep rum flavour. Mine came in an artistic coloured box highlighting the volcanic spirit tradition of their distillery in Nicaragua.
