Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut is a well-known Spanish sparkling wine produced in the Penedès region of Catalonia. Crafted using the traditional 'Metodo Tradicional', the same method used for Champagne, this Cava undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for a minimum of 12 months.
