A refined, balanced whisky that combines sweet smokiness with subtle spicy notes, with a natural deep amber colour direct from the cask. Full of character, but wonderfully smooth, it’s named after the waters that surround our Orkney home, tempestuous at times, but always alive with natural beauty.
