The 2016 La Mascota Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Cruz de Piedra in Maipú, fermented in stainless steel vats and matured in a mixture of new French and American oak barrels for 15 months. It's herbal and balsamic, slightly medicinal. It reveals an approachable palate, with soft tannins and a velvety texture.
