A champagne produced from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 29% Pinot Meunier and 21% Chardonnay grape varieties. The beverage undergoes an aging process of at least 3 years. Due to the small quantity of sugar (less than 1.5%) the champagne is dry and classic, with rich and delicate flavors and a flowery and fruity aroma.
Champagne Brut Imperial is considered the representative champagne of the champagne house Moët & Chandon, and one of the best-sellers worldwide. Its history began in 1869, and in 2007 it came back in a renewed and designed edition. This champagne house was founded in 1743 by the winemaker Claude Moët. His grandson, Jean-Rémy Moët, presented the beverage to the world for the first time, and turned it into a commercial success.
