This Belgian Trappist beer is a delicious slightly sweet pale ale brewed with subtle, citrusy hops. So far, so normal, but then the beer is dry hopped and bottle fermented with Brettanomyces, which over time eats all the sugar in the beer and leaves behind a herbal-dry beer unlike any other drink in the world. Loaded with umami like flavours, a touch of caramel and a strong zesty orange pith flavour.
