Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, sourced from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the region.

On the nose, it is characterised by aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a fine and persistent mousse, a lively acidity, and flavours of ripe fruit, a touch of mineral, and a hint of biscuit. The finish is long and elegant, with a delicate balance between fruit and acidity.

Pairs well with a wide range of foods, including seafood, poultry, and light pasta dishes, and is also a great wine to enjoy on its own as an aperitif.
