Psagot Rose PR is a premium rose bottling from the hills north of Jerusalem, Israel. Its grapes are grown at high elevation — from vineyards located 700 ‑ 900 metres above sea level in the northern Judean Mountains. The winery emphasises careful harvesting (often at dawn) and rigorous selection of fruit from these elevated, mineral‑rich sites.
In terms of vinification: about 20% of the wine matures in oak barrels for roughly 3.5 months, while the remainder is likely stainless steel or neutral vessel to preserve freshness. The elevage in part in oak gives a bit more body and texture than many standard rosés, while still retaining a crisp, refreshing profile.
Pale salmon to vibrant pink hue
Elegant bouquet of flowers, citrus and forest fruits
Crisp and refreshing acidity, typical of the high‑elevation vineyards.
