Blending the very best of the Barossa Valley, this vibrant and flavoursome GSM is a blend typically found in Southern Rhone that includes the acclaimed Chateauneuf-du-Pape wines.

The grapes were harvested in the cool nigh after which they were cold-soaked, aiding in the extraction of vibrant colour and integrated tannins.

The Grenache and Shiraz were then co-fermented to encourage sublime integration.
