The second of the three expressions of Amarone, obtained from older vineyards, up to 60 years of age of the vineyards, cultivated with pergola which give lower yield and greater concentration. Characterized by a more mature fruit, greater evolutionary characteristics but balanced acidity. In the 2016 vintage it is characterized by a high drinkability, greater verticality and aromas. The experience gained with the study of the last few years has allowed us to finalize the wine while preserving all the acidity and fresh notes of the grape harvest.
