Woodbridge Lightly Oaked Chardonnay by Robert Mondavi - citrus, lemon cream, and floral aromas lead to vibrant flavors of white nectarine and citrus that shine through the finish. The wine is crisp, fresh, andlightly sweet, which makes for a perfect pairing with light dishes such as grilled shrimp and chicken or pasta pomodoro. Best served chilled.

Sommelier Review
They carefully whole cluster pressed the grapes for the Lightly Oaked Chardonnay immediately after harvesting to highlight the fresh flavors and aromas. The juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55°F to further emphasize the fresh fruit character. A small portion of the wine was aged in French oak to impart a smooth texture.
