- 44 ml of Zacapa Centenario 23 Year 750ml
- 23 ml of honey syrup
- 23 ml of lime juice
- Top off with Your Favourite Champagne
- Lemon Slice
- Firstly, add rum, honey syrup and lime juice into shaker filled with ice. Shake to mix well.
- Strain mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with champagne
- Garnish with lemon slice
