Ingredients
- 44ml Brandy
- 1 Egg white
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 22ml Simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters or
- 1 lime wheel
Instructions
- Place ingredients into boston shaker and shake vigorously
- Strain contents into boston shaker with ice cubes
- Pour contents into Old Fashioned glass and garnish with bitters
