Pisco Sour is a Peruvian cocktail that can be commonly found in the cuisines of Peru and Chile. It is widely consider with bartenders as a South American classic sour and sweet cocktail.

  1. 44ml Pisco
  2. 1 Egg white
  3. 30ml Lemon Juice
  4. 22ml Simple syrup
  5. 1 dash Angostura bitters or
  6. 1 lime wheel


  1. Place ingredients into boston shaker and shake vigorously
  2. Strain contents into boston shaker with ice cubes
  3. Pour contents into Old Fashioned glass and garnish with bitters
