Pisco Sour is a Peruvian cocktail that can be commonly found in the cuisines of Peru and Chile. It is widely consider with bartenders as a South American classic sour and sweet cocktail.

How to make Pisco Sour

Ingredients
44ml Brandy
1 Egg white
30ml Lemon Juice
22ml Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters or
1 lime wheel
Instructions
Place ingredients into boston shaker and shake vigorously
Strain contents into boston shaker with ice cubes
Pour contents into Old Fashioned glass and garnish with bitters
