The God Father displays an extremely harmonious structure, balancing the acrid tannin taste and the acidic taste, the slightly sweet taste produced by the high alcohol content. Along with that is the faint aroma of herbs and minerals, plus the aroma of cocoa and tobacco created by the aging process in oak barrels. There is a refreshing and lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit.
