In 1987, Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan regroup their farming and join together their knowledge in order to create the Domaine du Chardonnay. They will over the years, convert progressively their farmers activity to focus on vines and to create amazing chardonnay in appelation Chablis, Petit Chablis, and few Chablis 1er crus.
