Pale yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is typical of this grand cru, elegant and delicate, with notes of white fruit, white flowers and citrus. The palate is just as delicate as the nose. The white fruits are present from the beginning to the end with a great persistence leaving a magnificent impression of freshness and volume. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a monkfish terrine in mousseline sauce.
