Denuziere Saint-Joseph is from 100% Syrah grown on terraces in granitic soil at the northern end of the appellation.

Soil: Granitic terraces, on steep slopes with a south/south east exposure.

Vinification and ageing:
Grapes are hand-picked in cases of 20kg. Wholebunch fermentation starting with foot stomping then light pump over. Aged 12 months on fine lees in tanks and in 1 to 3 year-old barrels (30%).
