Jose Cuervo 250 Aniversario is a highly exclusive celebration‑expression released by the legendary Jose Cuervo house in Jalisco, Mexico, crafted to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the family’s historical tequila legacy.

This ultra‑luxury tequila is made from 100 % blue Weber agave sourced from Jose Cuervo’s own agave fields in Tequila, Jalisco. 

The production process is remarkably intricate: the agave is hand‑selected at full maturity, cooked (often using traditional methods such as slow ovens or brick ovens), then fermented and double distilled. Subsequently the spirit undergoes extended ageing: a minimum of three years in new French and American oak barrels, followed by a finishing period (often 10 months) in Spanish sherry casks to impart depth and subtle fruit, nut and oak complexity.
