Knob Creek is a fantastic small batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from the highly sought after Jim Beam Small Batch Range. Bottled at an honest 100 proof, Knob Creek harks back to the best bourbons of a century ago. Knob Creek is aged nine years, the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons. This extra ageing allows it to absorb more of the sugar in the wood, giving it a slightly sweeter taste and nose.

How to make Old-Fashioned

Servings 1
Preparation time 3 minutes

Ingredients

60 ml of Knob Creek Bourbon 1L
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange Slice
Cherries

Instructions

Place sugar cube into old-fashioned glass.
Add Angostura bitters in to sugar cube and let it saturate. Once done, add orange slice in and muddle it.
Fill glass with ice. Next, add bourbon in and stir to mix well.
Finish the drink with a cherry garnish.
