Martini Bianco Vermouth is one of the world’s most recognisable Italian vermouths, produced by Martini & Rossi in Turin, Italy. Originally introduced in the early 20th century under the name “Bianchissimo” (“the whitest”), it is made from a blend of white wines infused with aromatic herbs, flowers and botanicals including vanilla and wormwood.
