From The Sample Room Collection by Glenlivet, this expression has been finished in a combination of first-fill oloroso, Colheita Port and Troncais oak Cognac casks. Aged for a minimum of 21 years, the nose is filled with aromas of caramelised pears and juicy peaches, along with cinnamon and nutmeg provided by the French oak barrels. On the palate, notes of dried fruits meet with chocolate-coated ginger and warm spices that lead to a long and lingering finish.
