A blend of roughly equal parts Grenache, Syrah & Mourvedre, Les Traverses comes from primarily the younger vines on the property (15-30 years), grapes are hand harvested and are fermented in tank. Fermentations are natural with partial whole clusters and then the wine is aged for six months in concrete. No pigeage or remontage.

More dark fruit on the palate with blackberry and black currant followed by some earthiness.
