The use of selected young white oak barrels for the second finish or double ageing process of the rums creates a unique taste profile with notes of vanilla and caramel and a hint of woodiness coming through from the barrels.

How to make Mojito

- Preparation time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 45ml Rum
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 6 leaves of Mint
- 15ml Soda Water
Instructions
- Pour lime juice and place sugar and mint leaves into shaker
- Crush the mint leaves with the end of a rolling pin Pour into tall glass with ice
- Pour rum into glass and stir with a long-handled spoon
- Top up with soda water, garnish with mint and serve
