Nerello Cappuccio Inessa is produced with pure grapes grown on the slopes of Etna at an average altitude between 350 and 900 metres above sea level.
With late ripening, the grapes adapt well to soils of lava origin, composed mostly of sand and layers of ash. The right temperature ranges help the bunches to retain the acidity necessary to create structured wines. During the harvest, the grapes are selected, transported to the cellar and destemmed, to then undergo the phases of maceration and fermentation. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to steel for a short period of aging that continues for a short period also in the bottle.
Intense ruby red with some purple reflections
Ripe red fruits such as raspberry, cherry and plum, some pleasant spicy notes and light herbaceous references.
Red fruits, good structure and a pleasant touch of rose and violet mediated by soft tannins that introduce a pleasant and long finish.
