This stunning wine, developed and hand crafted by Jeremy Muller and Stuart Watson is made from vines grafted on Peccavi Estate, with clones used by the Premier Grand Crus in Bordeaux.
The Peccavi Estate Cabernet is handpicked and handmade on-site in small batches, with the finesse of old-world craftsmanship and new-world equipment. The grapes are then meticulously hand- plunged every six hours or softly pumped over before maturing in the finest French oak barrels sourced
from the Saint-Emilion and Pomerol region, for eighteen months.
Dense deep purple hue
Nose of blackberries, blueberries, and anise, along with fine layers of mint, nutmeg and hints of other spices.
This medium to full-bodied wine offers on the palate dense flavours of berry fruits and spicy notes, the tannins are soft with a velvet like texture and the acidity weaves it way from front to back in a seamless fashion, leaving the wine with a savoury yet fruity finish, very delicious.
