Bombay Sapphire Gin was first launched in 1950, but its production is based on an ancient formula that was discovered by chance, in an old distillery, back in the 18th century. To this day, this formula is considered one of the top secret recipes in the alcohol world. The name of the beverage, as well as the bottle design and branding, are derived from the famous sapphire stone "Bombay Star".

Ingredients
- 44ml Gin
- 14ml Cherry Heering
- 7ml Cointreau
- 7ml Bénédictine D.O.M
- 119ml Pineapple Juice
- 14ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Grenadine
- 1 Dash bitters
- Slice of Cherry and Pineapple
Instructions
- Pour everything into shaker with ice
- Shake with ice to mix well
- Strain into an ice filled collins glass
- Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple
